Meet the Team

Hayley Littman, President/Theatrical Agent

After a number of years learning the talent business and working constantly to help my clients succeed, my relationships with casting and management began to flourish. People within the industry were taking notice not only of my talented clients, but of me and the dedication and perseverance that I held. It is because of this that I knew our calling was to branch out and start an agency of my own. Littman Talent Group.

I have had the privilege over the past few years to work on different spectrums of the agency side. From a commercial agency, to a start up boutique agency, to a well established full service agency; All have helped provide me with a strong foundation of what an agency should be and how it should be run.

Danita Florance, Director of Talent

Jelena Savovic,  Adult Commercial Division

Championing for her clients is the part of Jelena Savovic’s job that comes easy, watching them thrive is her reward. Steering her passion towards the entertainment industry, Jelena began her career as an Agent Assistant. After setting her foundation, she faithfully ventured out with her mentoring agent who started her own agency.  Being in charge initially of just the womens division and then ultimately overseeing the entire adult division; Jelena moved up the ranks and learned what it takes to be a successful agent.

Now Head of Adult Commercials, Jelena has joined forces with Littman Talent Group in January of 2019.

JoCinda Benjamin, Youth Commerical Division

JoCinda hails from the music and entertainment industry with networks including Infinity Broadcasting Corporation. With talent management naturally running through her veins, JoCinda expanded her career as a Junior Commercial Agent for Unlimited Possibilities Music & Talent (UPMT) and quickly discovered her flair for actively recruiting great talent while pruning them to succeed.  She prides herself in catching her clients in campaigns for Walmart, Ford, Nickelodeon, Old Navy, USO, My Little Pony and Best Buy.
